Each performer is required to sign a host/performer agreement that basically indicates that you agree to treat the property/homeowner with respect and that the homeowner is not liable for any accidents or injuries that may occur on their property during Porchfest. This is a volunteer effort on all parts. We want to ensure that hosts and performers are gracious and supportive of one another.
Performers are required to have their own sound equipment, including microphones, speakers, extension cords and music. The host home is only required to provide the electricity and space needed for your performance.
Your maximum performance time is 30 minutes. Please confirm how long you anticipate your performance will last.
A lot goes into planning this type of event. It’s imperative that performers show up on time, as scheduled, with everything needed to get started on time. If you cannot attend, please let us know now. Last minute cancellations can ruin the entire flow of the event.
You will be permitted to accept tips for your performance.
